Your tasks and responsibilities:
  • Purchase materials to support production and service in line with business needs.
  • Maximise the use of ‘Lean supply’ methods to meet delivery and inventory objectives.
  • Monitor key metrics in the areas of on-time delivery, inventory, cost, quality and service to achieve agreed targets with suppliers.
  • Lead all significant issue resolution programs with suppliers in conjunction with Engineering and Quality.

Your qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline (QQI level 8).
  • Minimum of 5 years professional experience within Procurement, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
