A leading consulting firm in Dublin seeks a Digital Skills Training Leader for a 12-month FTC role. Contract type: 12 month FTC

As a key member of the KPMG Business School, you will lead the design, delivery, and evolution of Microsoft and digital skills training across the firm. Your work will empower colleagues at all levels to work more confidently and efficiently with Microsoft tools, while ensuring our learning programmes are impactful, accessible, and continuously improving.

  • Good experience in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Excel.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms (LMS, Degreed).
  • Experience with AI tools and digital enablement.
  • Attention to detail and process management.

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:

  • Assisting with the end-to-end design and delivery of engaging, high-impact training across Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, and more).
  • Tailoring sessions for diverse audiences, including new joiners and existing staff
  • Maintaining a rolling calendar of training, ensuring coverage across all business units and skill levels.
  • Promoting upcoming courses, responding to training requests, and managing post-course records and feedback.
  • Creating and updating training materials, including handouts, eLearning modules, and Copilot-generated notes.
  • Curating and maintaining a high-quality playback library for self-paced learning.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor for digital learning strategy, collaborating with HR, IT, and business leads to align training with onboarding and upskilling needs.
  • Coordinating with internal trainers and external partners to deliver specialist content.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in training processes and content.
