Responsibilities

We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our growing marketing team. In this impactful role, you’ll directly shape pipeline growth and revenue through creative, data-driven campaigns and strategic outreach.

  • Strategy & Campaign Ownership: Design and implement multi-channel demand generation strategies (email, social media, digital ads, events, content marketing, etc.) to drive lead acquisition and brand awareness.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Execute and optimize targeted outreach to identify, nurture, and qualify new opportunities at every stage of the funnel.
  • Messaging: Create compelling, tailored campaign messaging and value propositions that engage prospects and position our unique value in the market.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and provide regular performance reports on campaign effectiveness, pipeline status, and KPIs such as MQLs and conversion rates.
  • Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of demand generation initiatives.
  • Market Awareness: Stay current on trends, competitor moves, and industry best practices to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and competitive.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Nurture relationships with external partners and channel stakeholders to amplify reach and uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Plan and manage budgets for demand generation programs, ensuring optimal ROI.
Key Objectives
  • Deliver on lead generation, pipeline building, and sales opportunity creation targets.
  • Meet or exceed goals for MQLs, qualified opportunities, and customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrate continual improvement in campaign performance (reach, engagement, quality of leads, conversion rates).
  • Collaborate regularly on team strategies and bring forward creative ideas to help shape our approach.
You Have
  • 2+ years in a demand generation, digital marketing, or related marketing role with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies, content marketing, and campaign management.
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and HubSpot systems.
  • Analytical mindset, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High motivation, initiative, and a keen eye for innovation.
  • A positive attitude, persistence, and an eagerness to learn and grow.
Location and Travel

This position can be based in our Dublin or London office. Occasional travel may be required in the EU and the USA.
