We are hiring for our client, a top-tier law firm in Dublin, who are seeking a talented Debt Capital Markets Lawyer to join their highly respected capital markets team. This role is ideal for a solicitor with experience in structured finance and capital markets transactions, looking to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and high-performing team.

The Role:
Advise on a wide range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions including bond issues, securitisations, MTN programmes and derivatives
Work closely with leading Partners and collaborate with international counsel
Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation
Provide regulatory and commercial advice on capital markets matters
Support business development and contribute to team knowledge sharing
The Person:
Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales with 2–4 years’ PQE
Prior experience in debt capital markets or structured finance essential
Strong drafting and communication skills
Ability to manage transactions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Commercially aware, detail-oriented and team-focused
