Description:

We are hiring for our client, a top-tier law firm in Dublin, who are seeking a talented Debt Capital Markets Lawyer to join their highly respected capital markets team. This role is ideal for a solicitor with experience in structured finance and capital markets transactions, looking to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and high-performing team.

The Role:

  • Advise on a wide range of debt capital markets and structured finance transactions including bond issues, securitisations, MTN programmes and derivatives

  • Work closely with leading Partners and collaborate with international counsel

  • Draft, review and negotiate transaction documentation

  • Provide regulatory and commercial advice on capital markets matters

  • Support business development and contribute to team knowledge sharing

The Person:

  • Qualified Solicitor in Ireland or England & Wales with 2–4 years’ PQE

  • Prior experience in debt capital markets or structured finance essential

  • Strong drafting and communication skills

  • Ability to manage transactions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

  • Commercially aware, detail-oriented and team-focused
