An international IT consultancy in Dublin seeks a Cyber Security Solutions Architect to design solutions addressing clients' security needs. This role offers interaction with CTOs and CEOs, requiring deep knowledge in cyber security and strong consultative skills, facilitating career growth in a hybrid work environment.
My client is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Solutions Architect to join a growing team. They seek an architect with deep knowledge of Cyber Security who loves solving IT & OT security problems and wants to join an international IT consultancy with a great work culture that is rapidly growing in Ireland.
This role offers the opportunity to interact with CTOs and CEOs to understand business challenges in cyber security and devise effective solutions. Staying updated with the latest threats, technologies, and industry developments is essential.

The Role
The Cyber Security Solution Architect will define and design solutions to address clients' cyber security needs across various business verticals. You will collaborate with business teams, clients, and techno-functional experts across cyber domains. A strong techno-functional background in cyber security is required to translate complex concepts into business solutions.
You will develop and deliver technical and business presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements to showcase solutions. You will understand client requirements, define, design, and orchestrate cyber security solutions. Responding to RFQ, RFI, and RFPs, working with the account team, pre-sales, solution architects, and SMEs to prepare best-in-class solutions is also part of your responsibilities. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide insights into industry trends, best practices, and compliance requirements.
You will collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide customer feedback and suggest product enhancements. Participating in sales strategies and contributing to the growth of the cyber security business is essential. Strong storytelling, consultative selling, articulation, and negotiation skills are required. You should be comfortable communicating with CXOs, driving business initiatives, building pipelines, and influencing decision-makers.
Skills/Experience Needed
Over 10 years of industry experience. Ability to assess client environments thoroughly, identify security gaps, and recommend solutions. Domain knowledge in at least two of the following: Identity & Access Management (PAM, IGA), Enterprise Vulnerability Management (ASM, CTEM), Cloud Security, MDR/SOC, OT Security. Experience in assessing the fit of cyber security technologies and product solutions across these domains. Familiarity with security tools and technologies. Ability to articulate the value proposition of cyber security products and services to clients and stakeholders.
