Micron Agritech is on a mission to transform animal health through rapid diagnostics and data-driven insights. Our flagship product, the Micron Kit, empowers animal health professionals with fast, reliable testing for parasites and diseases in animals. As we continue to scale, we're seeking a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers across Ireland.

The Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers get the most value from our solutions. You’ll manage key accounts, handle support queries, drive renewals, identify upselling opportunities, and act as the voice of the customer internally. You’ll also contribute to new business efforts through outreach and demo bookings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers across Ireland
  • Manage and resolve customer support queries to ensure high satisfaction
  • Call and visit customers to secure contract renewals and maintain loyalty
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand customer accounts
  • Conduct regular site visits to build trust and provide tailored support
  • Liaise closely with our product team to communicate customer feedback and requests
  • Cold-call prospective customers to book demos for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

This is a field-based role and requires regular travel across Ireland; a valid driver’s license is essential.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in the animal health sector (veterinary, diagnostics, animal nutrition, or related)
A customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management skills
Ability to identify and act on upselling opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with cold-calling and outbound outreach
Experience with diagnostic products or testing technologies is a plus
Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently
