We’re looking for a dedicated and ambitious Customer Success Manager to join our team in Dublin. You'll play a key role in implementing and supporting our revolutionary software solutions, helping our clients optimize their processes and achieve tangible results through our innovative tools and expert guidance.

What will your role be?

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients across various construction projects. You’ll advise clients and ensure the smooth implementation of Dalux’s BIM solutions—making construction work more digital, structured, and sustainable.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Introducing and implementing Dalux’s software solutions for both new and existing clients.
• Understanding customer needs and providing expert advice on the use of BIM and digital tools.
• Maintaining close relationships through ongoing support and technical guidance.
• Participating in client meetings, trade shows, and networking events to strengthen relationships and promote Dalux.
• Collaborating closely with sales teams, product specialists, and colleagues across borders.

You’re someone who thrives on understanding clients' needs and finding solutions that deliver real value. With a passion for technology and a solid grasp of the construction industry, you enjoy combining your technical knowledge with relationship-building skills.

You ideally have experience working with clients—preferably in B2B SaaS or the construction industry—and hold a relevant educational background, such as Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical degree.

You’re comfortable explaining complex technical solutions clearly to both decision-makers and end users. You work proactively, with strong business acumen, and are able to identify and implement solutions that bring measurable value.

Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus. Experience with BIM or other digital tools is highly advantageous and will help you understand and support the challenges and opportunities our clients face.
