We’re looking for a Customer Operations Manager to lead our customer service operations at NIE Networks. This role will oversee key teams including our Contact Centre, Vulnerable Customer Team, Digital Contact Team, CNS Team, and Customer Engagement & Administration.
You’ll drive efficiency, optimise service delivery, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while shaping strategies that enhance the customer journey. A central focus will be achieving RP7 Consumer Measures and maintaining Guaranteed Standards of Service.
