A leading financial institution in Dublin is seeking a highly skilled Coupa Subject Matter Expert to enhance procurement processes through effective use and optimization of the Coupa platform. Ideal candidates will possess deep knowledge of Coupa, robust stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for digital transformation. This role is essential for managing Coupa's lifecycle while ensuring compliance and user training. This position is for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with hybrid working conditions.
Group Procurement & Partner Management is a Bank of Ireland Group-wide function that provides Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, Partner Relationship Management, Supplier Risk Management & Governance and Procurement Services & Transformation support to all Divisions and Business Units. Group Procurement is part of Group Technology & Customer Solutions.
We facilitate the effective purchase of goods and services across the Bank. We do so with the aim of maximizing value from our total spend whilst protecting against supplier risk.
We are seeking a highly skilled Coupa Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Procurement team. This role will be pivotal in driving the effective use, optimization, and continuous improvement of the Coupa platform across the procurement lifecycle. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional knowledge of Coupa, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and a passion for digital procurement transformation.
Please note this is a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a hybrid role, based primarily at our Baggott Plaza, Dublin office.
