Role Overview

Clark Hill Solicitors is seeking a solicitor to join its highly regarded corporate and commercial business unit in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to join a significant transatlantic firm at our Dublin city centre office. All candidates must have 3-5 years’ experience with company law and contracts law; have a high standard of drafting correspondence, agreements, and research reports; and are able to quickly familiarise themselves with new areas of commercial law. Qualified candidates should be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge of Irish company, commercial and contract law, an ability to lead on due diligence exercises manage transaction processes and negotiate contracts details.

Desired Experience & Skills

Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and organised and will possess a solid work ethic. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills, show ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team culture. Candidates currently working in a client facing corporate practice unit within an established commercial firm is preferred. Additionally, strong candidates will have excellent academic credentials and demonstrated experience in a similar role. All candidates must be currently qualified to practice in Ireland.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position at the time of posting is €90,000+ annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
