We want our Contracts Manager to

  • Oversee projects from bid to completion, manage Budgets, schedules, risks, and stakeholder relationships to ensure profitable, timely, and quality delivery, acting as the central hub between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and technical staff, handling everything from drafting contracts and tenders to resolving disputes and ensuring compliance.
  • Being able to have control over Contracts starting from 1 million to 4 million per contract
  • During Construction: Overseeing execution, managing teams, monitoring progress, resolving issues.
  • Post-Completion: Handling final invoicing, documentation, and potential claims.
  • Contractual Management: Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms, conditions, and legal requirements.
  • Project Planning: Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and project risks, implementing controls.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the main contact for clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams, fostering strong relationships.
  • Financial Oversight: Monitor costs, manage invoicing, and produce financial reports (CVRs) to keep projects profitable.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure works meet technical standards, company policies, and health & safety regulations.

Reporting to the Managing Director and must have at least 5 years experience within a similar role

Pay: €60,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
