Location: Onsite – Client Projects Team

Our client is expanding their Site Projects group and is looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor / Coordinator to help deliver multiple multidisciplinary projects in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment. If you have strong construction coordination experience and enjoy working hands‑on at site level, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact.

🔧 What You’ll Do

In this role, you will be a central point of coordination for daily construction activity across site. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning, prioritising, and scheduling daily works
  • Reviewing and filtering incoming work requests
  • Approving RAMS and ensuring safe execution of tasks
  • Managing site access and working closely with area reps
  • Signing and overseeing permits to work
  • Partnering with HSE teams to uphold safety excellence
  • Monitoring contractor training and compliance
  • Supporting quotation development and refining work requests
  • Tracking PO activity for contractor works over €5k
  • Reviewing dayworks, contractor hours, and weekly attendance
  • Assessing and approving contractor quotations
  • Responding to safety incidents and ensuring corrective actions
  • Continuously adapting to evolving business and project needs
📘 What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or related technical field)
  • 5+ years of construction experience, ideally in Pharma / Biopharma
  • Strong computer skills across Windows applications:
  • Word, PowerPoint, Project, advanced Excel, and Access
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills
  • A proactive, safety‑focused mindset
