Job summary:

Analyze data to improve and update business systems, investigate problems, and support product management to evolve existing products and help launch new product enhancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and maintain community compliance questionnaires to a high level of detail and in accordance with business requirements.
  • Support the coordination of the questionnaire review processes, including collaborating with internal teams to meet stakeholder needs, uphold quality standards, and adhere to established timelines.
  • Configure changes in our internal system, ensuring accurate implementation and smooth deployment of updates and changes.
  • Work with the development and QA teams to raise change requests and enhancements and manage these through to release.
  • Analyze large data sets to solve problems, identify trends and patterns, and work on data-related enhancements.
  • Participate in product management across the business as you progress.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
  • Interest in analyzing data
  • Interest in reviewing and configuring detailed questionnaires
  • Proven ability to deliver to targets and deadlines
  • Knowledge of subscription services (not essential)
  • Experience working in a growing business
  • Understanding and experience in adhering to information security requirements
  • Experience in defining requirements compliant with information security standards
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Excel to an advanced level including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to various audiences
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects in a timely manner
  • A passion for creating solutions with a positive attitude to change
  • Strong analytical skills and an evidence-based approach
  • Interest in business and product development
  • Good understanding of information technology

Training will be given on specific applications.

The company's policy of blended working requires the postholder to work two designated days in the office and three days from home. This policy may be reviewed from time to time.
