We are hiring for our client, a well-respected specialist law firm in Dublin, who are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing real estate team. The Role:

• Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects

• Draft and negotiate commercial leases, sale contracts, and related legal documentation

• Conduct property due diligence and manage transactions from instruction to completion

• Engage directly with clients, delivering high-quality advice and building lasting relationships
