Commercial Litigation Solicitor

Overview
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join one of Ireland’s most established and high-performing dispute resolution teams. Key Responsibilities

• Act on a broad spectrum of commercial disputes including regulatory investigations, judicial reviews, tech and insurance disputes, restructuring and insolvency, and environmental litigation

• Collaborate closely with partners and multi-disciplinary teams on complex and high-value matters

• Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to team leadership and development

• Engage in client relationship management and business development activities

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge development programmes

• Participate in international opportunities, including conferences and potential secondments
