We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Client Success & Engagement Senior Associate to join our team in EMEA. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is passionate about climate and sustainability, enjoys working with clients, and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
You will play a key role in supporting client onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts, helping users of ICE Climate products derive maximum value from our solutions.

Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long‑term relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives and align ICE Climate solutions to meet their needs.
- Lead regular client meetings, including strategic reviews, product updates, and performance discussions.
- Client Onboarding
- Manage end‑to‑end client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience and timely delivery of setup requirements.
- Organize and conduct tailored product demos and training sessions.
- Help prepare onboarding materials such as user guides, FAQs, and training decks.
- Engagement & Retention
- Monitor client usage and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to conduct regular client check‑ins and engagement calls.
- Create and maintain client‑facing product‑release communications.
- Day‑to‑Day Client Assistance
- Manage and resolve client inquiries and escalations promptly, coordinating with internal teams as needed.
- Act as the client advocate internally, providing feedback to Product and Development teams.
- Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with EMEA & APAC Sales, RM, and Product teams to ensure client needs are communicated and addressed.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and client success frameworks.
- Reporting & Insights
- Prepare client performance reports, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to inform strategic initiatives and improve service delivery.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in client‑facing roles, preferably in climate, ESG, or financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Passion for climate and sustainability topics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
