Onsite - Sligo Town. Our client, a luxury goods manufacturer in Sligo town, is hiring a client services administrator for a full-time role. This position will act as the first point of contact for customer orders via web and email and will process those orders and payments.
Responsibilities
- Acts as a resource for questions concerning customer orders. Makes day-to-day decisions on actions needed to deal with customer issues.
- Works closely with the Operations Manager and other team members on developing policies and procedures for all Sales Order administration personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies (time keeping, attendance, health & safety, etc.). May be asked to assist in preparing semi-annual personnel reviews.
- Communicates with all Sales Order administration personnel information concerning customers and their issues. Makes decisions on issues that order entry personnel may be unsure about. Alerts Sales Order administration personnel to stock issues affecting customers, product allocations, new products being introduced, and logistical issues.
- Provides feedback and communication to Management on a range of issues concerning customers as well as subordinate personnel. Any issue that becomes a problem or potential issue should be brought to the attention of Management, due to direct contact with our most important customers.
- Interfaces with Planning, Finance, and Purchasing on issues that influence customer orders.
- Meets KPI targets mutually established between the Client Services Administrator and Operations Manager.
- Sets priorities and participates in cross-training to avoid declines in service when a team member is on holiday or sick.
- Uses analytical skills and disseminates information to prepare reports, and illustrate customer information such as revenue, number of orders, trends, etc.
Required Skills
- Excellent IT skills. MS Office is required; any ERP experience, especially SAGE, would be beneficial.
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills are required.
- Some flexibility around busy times, e.g., Black Friday.
