This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT consulting who thrives in a client-facing environment. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the Irish market, building strategic relationships, and delivering high-impact solutions to our clients.**Key Responsibilities of the role:*** Contribute to sales activities to expand our footprint in the Irish market, with a strong focus on Package-Based solutions.* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging market insights and client needs.* Support client relationships by offering tailored solutions and maintaining regular engagement.* Assist in preparing commercial offers and managing RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, including contract support.* Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.* Work with international Capgemini teams to leverage global expertise.## **YOUR PROFILE*** 5+ years of experience in client-facing consulting, sales, or account management within IT services, with strong expertise in Package-Based solutions* Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and deliver tailored business solutions that drive measurable value.* Skilled in account planning, pipeline development, and accurate forecasting using CRM tools* Strong commercial acumen with experience leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across technical and delivery teamsSogeti Ireland is an equal opportunity employer.
