Qualifications

If you are unfamiliar with these requirements, please seek the advice of legal counsel.## **Job Description****Benefits:*** Competitive salary* 22 days annual leave* Company car* Medical refund scheme* Enhanced statutory sick pay* 1.5% employer matched Pension scheme* Enhanced Maternity and Paternity benefits* Access to Hubex benefits and discounts platform* Life Assurance x2 basic salary* Employee Assistance Programme* Opportunities for career advancement and professional development* Voluntary flu vaccination voucher* Bike to Work Scheme**Role Responsibilities:*** Meeting and exceeding sales targets for used vehicles in conjunction with the existing sales team.* To sell the maximum number of used vehicles via the use of an effective sales process, whilst at the same time achieve the best profit for the Dealership.* Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange in line with company processes.* Maintain showroom and displays to the expected standard.* Using various sources, prospect for used car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunities.* To actively develop new clients and manage existing clients.* Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively on ESKIMO CRM.* Lead, coach and mentor the Sales team on a regular basis to ensure that revenue targets are met.* Ensure all customers are pro-actively offered finance products during the sales process in line with GDPR compliance.* On a weekly and monthly basis, monitors sales profitability to ensure strategic goals are being met.* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
