Administrative Support: Assist the Business Services team with daily tasks and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations. Work Environment: This role can involve quieter periods when visitor traffic and calls are low. It is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and can use downtime productively. **Specific responsibilities (including but not limited to)** Handle challenging or upset callers with composure, using empathy and effective problem-solving skills to de-escalate situations. Assist Business Services in delivering administrative support to the CEO.
