A leading organization is seeking a creative Recruiter for a fixed-term contract of 11 months. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategies, and enhancing candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. To further this important mission, we are looking for a consultative and creative Recruiter to join us and work with Stripe to grow and scale our teams. You can expect high impact and wide-ranging responsibility: owning full-cycle recruiting, driving hiring strategy, leading first-in-kind searches, and delivering best-in-class candidate experience. This is a 11 month fixed-term contract.

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is €68,800 - €103,200. This range may change if you are hired in another location. For sales roles, the range provided is the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Stripe and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants interested in this role and who are not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
