Key Responsibilities
  • Sell finance and insurance products, extended warranties, and service packages to maximise dealership profitability.
  • Use strong questioning and listening skills to identify customer needs and confirm vehicle ownership status.
  • Present tailored finance product options, clearly demonstrating features and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with finance and insurance partners.
  • Ensure accurate completion and processing of all finance applications, quotes, proposals, and documentation.
  • Manage financial settlements on vehicles taken in part exchange.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support conversions and cross‑sell ancillary products.
  • Maintain excellent communication and collaboration across all dealership departments.
  • Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, including the opportunity to obtain a consumer credit qualification.
