Salary: Negotiable €90,000–€110,000 OTE

CBTax is one of the UK and Ireland’s fastest-growing R&D tax consultancies. Now scaling fast across Ireland. As we expand our footprint in Dublin, we’re hiring a Business Development Manager to help us win new business, drive revenue, and lead from the front.

You’ll be the face of our Dublin sales engine, owning the full 360° B2B sales cycle, building a pipeline, closing high-value deals, and mentoring junior execs. This is a high-impact role with serious progression potential.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting to closing

• Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities

• Lead by example and mentor Business Development Executives

• Build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders

• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams’ post-sale

• Manage a growing client portfolio and drive long-term value

• Consistently hit and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets


What You Bring

• Proven experience in end-to-end B2B sales (2 years+)

• Strong background in professional services, tech, finance, science, or engineering

• Track record of meeting or beating sales targets

• Consultative selling skills and confident deal-closing mindset

• Experience coaching or mentoring junior sales staff (preferred)

• Full-time availability to work from our Dublin office (no hybrid/remote)
