About the job Business Development Executive

Your Role

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be the driving force behind expanding our client portfolio across Ireland and the UK. You'll work closely with our recruitment team to ensure we deliver exceptional service and solutions to our clients.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Proactively identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
  • Pitching our recruitment services in a way that resonates with each client's unique needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiating contracts and closing deals that drive mutual success.
  • Staying in sync with the recruitment team to ensure smooth handovers and delivery.
  • Keeping up with industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
What You Bring

We're looking for someone who's:

  • Experienced in sales, business development, or account management.
  • A natural communicator with great relationship-building skills.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and target-oriented (you love a challenge!).
  • Confident in negotiating and presenting value-driven solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setup.
  • (Bonus) Familiar with the recruitment industry or B2B services.
