This is a full-time role based in Duleek and reports to Megan Byrne.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in Bright's growth across Ireland and the UK. You will initiate and build relationships with prospective new customers, providing them with an accounting solution to help manage their business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contact leads with the objective of working closely with the Accountancy Sales teams for closing new business opportunities.
  • Act as the initial point of contact to all new prospects.
  • Actively liaise with prospects, fact-finding key data.
  • Conduct live product demonstrations over the phone and via online webinars.
  • Create effective approaches to closing new business.
  • Identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of client service and client relationships, ensuring a premium level of customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and exceed targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Keep up-to-date records through our CRM system.
  • Maintain a basic understanding of our software to answer prospects' questions.
  • Take and process orders accurately.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year working in a similar Sales role.
  • A third level qualification, ideally in sales or business, would be a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrable record of achieving targets.
  • A strong desire to pursue a career in sales.
  • A positive, can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
