Role Profile

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to become an integral part of our dynamic Master Data Governance team. Reporting to the Master Data Governance Manager, this role supports the delivery of high-impact data strategies across the business. You will help shape our SAP master data practices and reporting frameworks, and play a vital role in improving data accuracy, quality, and governance across all business units

Responsibilities

  • Identify and resolve master data quality issues across SAP and other systems by proactively monitoring, detecting, and addressing inconsistencies and/or inaccuracies, along with conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and providing recommendations to prevent recurrence of data issues
  • Collaborate with Data Owners & Stewards to ensure robust data controls, processes, and governance in place
  • Lead data cleansing, profiling, and reporting using BI/SAC tools, and utilise such tools to generate actionable insights and support informed business decisions
  • Support the rollout of data governance standards and documentation, design and deliver training programmes to raise awareness and ensure adoption of data governance standards across the organisation
  • Deliver monthly reporting and storytelling insights on master data health
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to foster a culture of data accountability and continuous improvemen

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ SAP experience (Customer, Vendor, or Material master data)
  • Strong data management and governance knowledge
  • BI/SAC reporting experience & advanced Excel skills
  • Clear communicator with strong presentation and analytical skill
  • Involvement in IT or finance projects
  • SQL basics and understanding of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
