Your area of work:

This role is reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner / HR Manager. The primary focus is to provide full Human Resource support to the Deutsche Börse and Clearstream staff and stakeholders in Cork.

Your Responsibilities

HR System/Reporting

  • Manage and delegate queries on SAP, Success Factors /CATS (time management system) & St/App (performance management system)
  • Participate in global HR system team calls as Cork representative
  • Manage and delegate tasks of the HR shared mailbox
  • Update & maintain organisational charts
  • Responsible for completing and submitting reports required both internally and externally
  • Processing of travel expenses via SAP
  • Run reports on a weekly basis as requested

Employee Relations

  • Full review and update of current employee handbook, in line with legislation and Company policy
  • Strong employee relations experience, ability to take ownership of employee relations issues from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation

Payroll

  • Input changes to internal payroll documentation in a timely & efficient manner; reflect any changes that occurred throughout the previous month on internal calendar
  • Assistance in payroll preparation as and when required

Recruitment & On Boarding

  • Manage and delegate tasks to ensure all administration is completed in a timely fashion, to include
  • Preparation of contracts of employment and providing the new starter with all necessary documentation
  • Co-ordinating with internal teams for new hires
  • All new employee files created within first week of commencing
  • Monitor Corporate Policy signing process
  • Induction of all new staff to Clearstream
  • Set up of all new starters on the healthcare policy

Termination & Resignation

  • Manage and delegate tasks to ensure all administration is completed in a timely fashion, to include
  • Completion of the required exit email
  • Calculation of remaining holiday entitlements
  • Notify pension and health insurance vendors
  • Complete the employee file by adding final documents and archive
  • Termination in Hr systems

Training

  • Coordinating internal training and development workshops
  • Liaise with external training providers to schedule training events / courses
  • Update and maintain training database and spreadsheets
  • Ensure all employees training record is updated on the system and their feedback is accurately recorded
  • Attend internal talent management meetings as and when required

Additional Responsibilities

  • Work with the HR team to ensure all HR objectives are met
  • All ad-hoc administration/projects assigned within the HR function.
  • An active member of the company sports & social committee
  • Ensure that HR systems are kept up to date at all times
  • Adhere and comply with audit requirements
  • Reconcile healthcare invoices on a monthly basis
  • Updating of the HR intranet page

Your Profile

  • BA or BS in Human Resources Management
  • 3-5 years minimum, working in an HRD environment
  • Strong business/customer service orientation
  • Understanding of SAP is desirable but not essential
  • Service orientation with excellent telephone, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines as required
  • Strong problem solving skills, accuracy, ability to work independently and as a part of a team in an international environment
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English essential
