Exciting opportunity available for a graduate looking for a dynamic role as an Onboarding Associate to support the Onboarding team in Carne Group – the premier provider of Fund‑Management solutions to asset managers across the world.

Who are we looking for?

We are currently recruiting for an Onboarding Associate to join our dynamic workplace here at Carne Group, based out of one of our Irish offices. The role offers the new starter the opportunity for career progression in a growing company.

What is your role and your responsibilities?
  • Attending project calls with the onboarding project manager, drafting minutes / actions, updating project plans
  • Completing a first draft of various onboarding checklists
  • Attending operational calls and taking away actions to be addressed
  • Following up on actions noted to ensure they are addressed in the required timeframe
  • Completing account opening documentation where required
  • Updating policy templates and service level agreement templates
  • Completing ONR delegation letters, financial indices letters, ICAV forms for incorporation
  • Co‑ordinating signatures on various documents
  • Liaising within internal teams in both Ireland and Luxembourg to address any client queries or requested calls (example: UBO queries, MLRO queries, Distribution queries, Risk queries, etc.)
  • Working with the Due Diligence team to identify and communicate requests for additional information
  • Working with the AML team to ensure the required client documentation is sourced
  • Working with the CORR set‑up team to ensure static data completion in good time
  • Working with onboarding project managers to ensure the pipeline documents are updated to reflect the latest information
  • Arranging client visits – scheduling people and agreeing agendas
  • Ensuring client and fund information is appropriately saved in the correct location
