TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) have partnered with a leading organisation to hire a Assistant Psychologist based in Cavan for temporary work.

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Assistant Psychologist to join our team on a temporary basis in the Cavan region. The successful candidate will support our Waitlist Initiative aimed at improving access to psychological services. This role involves assisting with assessments, interventions, and administrative tasks to reduce wait times for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of the Waitlist Initiative to improve service delivery.
  • Conduct preliminary assessments and gather relevant data under supervision.
  • Support psychologists in delivering therapeutic interventions and group sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
  • Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to case discussions.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and evaluation of service outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
  • Experience or knowledge of waitlist management and service delivery.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
