Asset Management & Investment Funds Solicitor — We are working with a leading Asset Management & Investment Funds team in Dublin seeking to appoint a solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE to join their highly regarded practice.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic, top-tier group advising a global client base that includes asset managers, investment banks, fund administrators, depositaries, and institutional investors. The team advises across the full lifecycle of Irish fund structures, including UCITS and AIFs, and operates in close collaboration with specialist colleagues across tax, regulatory, corporate, and financial services.

The Role

As an Asset Management & Investment Funds Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on the structuring, establishment and regulation of Irish-domiciled investment funds
• Work across a broad mix of funds – including UCITS, AIFs, ETFs, REITs and money market funds
• Liaise with domestic and international clients including asset managers, administrators, and investors
• Advise on regulatory developments affecting asset management and fund structures
• Collaborate closely with internal tax, finance, regulatory, corporate, and listing teams
• Support additional services such as fund listing, registration, and company secretarial

The Person

We’re looking to speak with solicitors who:

• Have 1–5 years’ PQE in asset management and investment funds
• Are qualified in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
• Have strong technical and drafting skills
• Are proactive, commercially aware, and committed to continuous development
• Communicate clearly and are confident engaging with clients and colleagues at all levels
• Thrive in a collaborative team and enjoy a fast-paced environment
