Your Role: Overview

As theArea Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for expanding our market share, securing new business opportunities, and ensuring sustainable revenue generation. You'll play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and business performance by building strong customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and overseeing distributor promotional activities.

This role offers the chance to expand our market presence by securing new customer segments and strengthening relationships with key industry stakeholders. You'll leverage new product launches and distributor partnerships to enhance brand visibility and sales performance. Additionally, you'll have the potential to influence regional sales strategy, develop expertise in market trends, and contribute to long-term business growth.

Your Responsibilities

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Manage growthin alignment with company margin guidelines and sales targets.
  • Deliver sustained improvementof market share within the customer group.
  • Identify project leadsand oversee the business from specification to order, ensuring targets are met.
  • Achieve sell-out targetswhere applicable.
  • Improve product margin mixacross accounts through strategic sales and customer engagement.
  • Drive the sell-inof new Grohe products, securing display and stock commitments where relevant.
  • Implement distributor promotion activitiesto support market growth.
  • Train customer personnelto strengthen brand advocacy and secure additional Grohe endorsers.
Your Department

You will be part of our sales team, working closely with the Leader, Ireland.

Your Skills

A successful Area Sales Manager excels in strategic sales, relationship management, and negotiation, driving growth while maintaining margins. You are customer-focused, adaptable, and solution-oriented, effectively converting leads into business. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills enable you to manage accounts, train partners, and align sales efforts with company goals.
