Key Responsibilities of the Role:
  • Admin for Mercury owned tool & plant
  • Raising requisitions general admin for fleet hire and purchases including
  • Database/Register Maintenance
  • General office management duties associated with this role.
  • Update the company’s internal social media platforms with relevant department news
  • Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.
Essential Criteria for the Role:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Computer literate, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Pride in the quality and presentation of work
Desirable Criteria For the Role:
  • Experience in the construction or engineering industry
  • Experience using SAP
