A technology company in Dublin is looking for an experienced Administrative Business Partner to manage complex operational projects and support senior leadership. This role includes planning high-visibility events, organizing leadership meetings, and overseeing budget management. The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in project management within the enterprise software sector. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with specific in-office requirements during the week.
We’re seeking a seasoned and strategic Administrative Business Partner to help achieve our mission by providing high-impact, hands-on operational leadership and programmatic support to our EMEA General Manager, and the broader EMEA region. This role is the central engine for rhythm-of-business (ROB) and high-visibility event execution across the EMEA region.
This role reports to a senior leader within Asana, and partners closely with other ABP (Administrative Business Partner) team members across the globe, delivering best-in-class operational and logistical support.
This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. You will manage large, complex projects with significant impact on business outcomes and serve as the core operational bridge between leadership, internal teams, and external partners.

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $98,000 - $111,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
