We’re hiring for an Accounts Payable Manager to support our growing Finance team

To keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we’re looking for a dedicated Accounts Payable Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. As one of our Accounts Payable Managers, you will be part of our growing team in Dublin and manage and coordinate the accounts payable function across all NFP Ireland entities.

  • Good organisation, someone self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels
  • An accurate eye for detail and ability to question everything from a financial perspective
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Xero/Workday
  • Strong accounting/accounts payable background
  • Managing and coordinating the central accounts payable function for a growing group of entities
  • Assisting in the on-boarding of accounts payable activities for new acquisitions
  • Assisting with the development of the accounts payable function, including transitioning to a new finance system and control improvement
  • Overseeing the accurate processing all payable invoices and credit notes
  • Reconciling accounts to supplier statements on a regular basis to ensure accounts are kept up to date
  • Creating and improving Accounts Payable internal control policies and proceduresCorrectly applying VAT rules when processing invoices
  • Reviewing and processing employee expenses
