I’m currently looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join a global organization driving digital innovation and transformation across industries.

If you're fluent in Danish and English with experience at a digital agency, managing clients' digital marketing campaigns, or in account management — and you have a strong interest in digital marketing backed by hands-on experience or a short course — this role could be your next opportunity.

Your day-to-day:

  • Manage a high volume of both new and existing accounts
  • Retain and grow revenue within your accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and grow client relationships
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and activate both new and existing accounts
  • Communicate new features and enhancements to the product team
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and trends to internal teams and clients
  • Establish clear advertising goals with clients, including KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC

Your profile:

  • Experience in Advertising Technology or campaign management (experience with online ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Experience in a sales or account management role
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing
  • Experience interfacing with clients and providing strategic insights
  • Native-level fluency in Danish and English
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Office G Suite)
