Position Summary
The Landscape Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial and residential maintenance accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships. This role works closely with our production teams to deliver top-notch services, solve problems proactively, and bring fresh ideas to help the company grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service and attention to detail

  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, identify improvements, and address concerns

  • Collaborate with crews and operations teams to plan, schedule, and execute work efficiently

  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancement projects and additional services

  • Assist in estimating, budgeting, and proposal preparation for new and existing clients

  • Support and mentor team members to maintain Sarver Landscape’s high standards of work and safety

  • Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives that improve processes, strengthen client relationships, and grow the business
