About the Role

This role will work across all areas of the business, but it is focused on supporting the delivery of a smooth day-to-day experience for clients. You’ll be part of a team managing key clients on a day-to-day basis, helping to deliver a coordinated best-in-class agency service. You will work with a team of Business Directors, creatives, strategists and event producers. The agency is divided into three distinct pillars: (1) Client Excellence, (2) Strategy and Marketing, and (3) Execution & Delivery. This role is part of the Client Excellence team, focusing on the client side of delivering events and experiential marketing to large multinational companies.

What You’ll Be Doing

While overall responsibility for client success and event execution lies with other team members, you’ll be involved in every stage of the process, giving you the perfect opportunity to learn the ins and outs of world-class client service and live event production.

  • Supporting Business Directors and Account Directors in the day-to-day management of campaigns and events.

  • Updating key project documents such as timelines, status reports, and budget sheets.

  • Preparing presentations and wrap-up reports for clients.

  • Keeping tasks coordinated, on time, and moving forward.

  • Attending meetings and assisting at live activations and events when appropriate.

  • Supporting the Execution & Delivery team with event planning—sourcing materials, booking suppliers, and researching entertainment.

  • Assisting the Execution & Delivery team in brainstorming and developing campaign ideas.

  • There will be limited occasions when attending evening or weekend events is required.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1-2 years of agency experience and eager to make a mark in the marketing/events industry.

  • Passion for marketing and live experiences

  • Ability to think and act creatively. Agile and able to problem-solve.

  • A team player with initiative. Proactive, positive, and excited to learn.

  • Great communication skills—written, verbal, and face-to-face.

  • Super organised, with strong attention to detail.

  • A degree in a relevant discipline, would be an advantage

Why Join The Team

  • You’ll work on exciting campaigns with global brands

  • Get exposure to every part of the agency world—creative, production, strategy, and more.

  • Hybrid working and a collaborative team culture.

  • Ongoing support, mentoring, and real career progression opportunities.

  • A chance to shape memorable experiences that connect brands with people.
