About the job

Are you a driven, energetic communicator who loves connecting with people and opening doors to new business opportunities? Were looking for a motivated Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects in the DACH market, playing a key part in our sales pipeline growth.

This is a remote role based anywhere in Ireland, with the requirement to visit our Leopardstown, Dublin office once a month.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential new customers in the DACH region
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media to generate interest and qualify leads
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop campaigns and follow up on inbound leads
• Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in our CRM system
• Participate in regular team meetings and monthly onsite meetings in Dublin

About You

• Fluent in German (native or near-native level) and professional fluency in English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills confident speaking with decision-makers
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or lead generation role is a plus but attitude and motivation matter most!
