The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and driven Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring that our production processes remain efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with the highest quality standards. You’ll play a key role in introducing new products into production, optimising manufacturing processes, and supporting our vision for innovation and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do
  • Support manufacturing by resolving issues, providing tools, and introducing new products into production.
  • Lead process optimisation and continuous improvement projects to streamline product flow.
  • Analyse processes and product structures to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimise manufacturing cell performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure compliance with ISO/TS16949 standards.
  • Coordinate maintenance, equipment repairs, and workflow optimisation.
  • Supervise and support technicians and production staff.
What We’re Looking For
  • Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Experience with automation, robotics, laser welding, or dispense systems.
  • Strong knowledge of validation lifecycles and Six Sigma problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CAD/modelling software.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
