One of the top 10 hospital groups in Indonesia. The Hospital Sales & Marketing Division Head will report to the Bogor Hospital Director.

Job Description

• Conducting hospital industry research: services profiling and comparison analysis
• Creating and managing budgets for hospital sales and marketing CAPEX and OPEX, including public relation & customer relations.
• Coordinating sales and marketing implementation activities directed to business, community, and consumer partners to ensure efficient use of resources and delivery of programs
• Overseeing the development and implementation of new sales and marketing programs that support the mission of the hospital or medical center
• Overseeing fundraising efforts and securing donations from individuals, corporations, and other organizations

The Successful Applicant

• Proven P&L responsibility and results
• Ability to manage mid to large-scale business
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in a Hospital management position
• Medical, sales, or marketing background (advanced degree preferred)
• Work placement in Bogor
