The Successful Applicant

• Possess Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within digital and technology functions, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, emerging technologies, and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and delivering business value through technology.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
