Job Description

• Lead a team of people managing supply chain functions - overseeing customer service, demand planning, and logistics operations.
• Conduct monthly forecast reviews and coordinate with other departments to escalate demand changes
• Supervise order-to-cash procedures and oversee delivery schedules.
• Oversee logistics operations and coordinate contracts with third-party logistics (3PL) providers for warehousing, distribution, and customs management.
• Monitor import processes to ensure they meet efficiency and compliance standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management or relevant
• At least 5+ years of experience with managerial experience
• Experience in managing S&OP
• Knowledge of ERP systems
• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
• Good interpersonal skills
• Highly organised
• Must possess positive working attitude
