As a Sr. Art Director, you'll be the driving force behind our team's creative vision. Your leadership will shape the visual direction, guiding Middle Art Directors, Graphic Designers, and our talented creative professionals. With your unwavering dedication to excellence and genuine passion for design and art, you'll breathe life into concepts and big ideas, ensuring that every creative product we deliver is of the highest caliber.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborates with copy partner under the guidance of the CGH and creative director to execute creative concepts.
• Demonstrates creative thinking to develop big ideas.
• Presents big ideas to clients utilizing various presentation techniques.
• Translates concepts into design by visualizing and interpreting them.
• Takes ownership of creative work and sets an example for the design team.
• Ensures that the brand tone and position are reflected in the creative output.
• Provides insightful and impactful creative executions that benefit the client's business.
• Leads, motivates, and develops the design team.
• Serves as the main point of contact for Account Management and Project Management within the team.

A bit about you

• At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or a similar setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Proficient in handling projects end-to-end, with a strong focus on Above-the-Line (ATL), supplemented by Digital and Below-the-Line (BTL) capabilities.
• Exposure to 360-degree campaign management, preferably within the Automotive/Consumer Goods sector, demonstrating a deep understanding of brand positioning and target markets.
• Proven track record of collaborating with copywriters and creative directors to deliver creative outputs that meet brief requirements.
• Strong presentation skills, with experience pitching big ideas to clients.
• Exceptional design portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful creative executions.
• Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a design team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to serve as the main point of contact for Account and Project Management teams.
