Our Client is a Electrical Manufacturing Company in Cikarang currently looking for a SMT Production Sr Manager:

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree in Electronics/mechanical/industrial engg
• Minimum 7 year working experience in production management SMT and PCB ASSY in electronic manufacturing company.
• Excellent communication skills ,interpersonal skills and can speak english
• Ability to set target ,motivate and inspire staff to achieve targets.
• Ability to priorities, responsibilities under pressure and self motivating
• Coordinates production activities with other functional group such as planning and next customer.
• Excellent in problem solving skill, PFMEA, lean manufacturing concept and poka-yoke concept.
• Good in people management.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate daily SMT and PCB Assy floor activities and assignments.
• Have leadership as a department head and report to superiors and management side as needed.
• Monitoring, control and manage the member in the department.
• Plan and directs activities concerned with development and application for Processes, materials and products.
• Negotiate with other departments to develop good communication.
• Adapts to changes in work environment, able to deal with frequent change ,delays or unexpected events.
• Observe safety and security procedures and reports potentiality unsafe condition.
• Meets productivity standards, complete work in timely manner and create idea to increase productivity.
• Provide meaningful training, guidance and good cooperation with all department employees.
• Ensure equipment and tools are in good working condition and available for use when required.
