About The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. The main responsibilities will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve our company’s organic search rankings and drive traffic to their websites. Moreover, the role will also need to find ways and propose initiatives to constantly improve website performance for better SEO.

What You Will Do

• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for driving traffic and improving rankings.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve.
• Optimize website content, including crafting compelling meta tags, headings, URLs, and images, to ensure best SEO practices.
• Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical SEO issues.
• Develop and execute effective link-building strategies.
• Provide recommendations for content development to align with SEO goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and rankings.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software to track progress and provide insights.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Regularly auditing website architecture and structure.
• Constantly find ways to improve website performance for better SEO and collaborate with other teams for website improvement.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
