Previous working experience as a Maintenance Engineer for a minimum of 5 years
Hands-on experience in planning maintenance operations
Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, electrical systems, etc.
Applicable knowledge of facilities machines and equipment, preferable experiences for Dairy equipment (Pasteurizer, UHT Sterilizer, UHT Filling Machine, ASRS, Milk Processing)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering
Valid Certified Maintenance will be considered an advantage
Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills
Fluent written and spoken communication skills in the English language
Strong problem-solving skills
Understanding of engineering and design principles
Ability to read, understand, and create engineering diagrams such as P&ID’s, PFD’s, loop diagrams, isometric drawings, and others
Familiar with Improvement / Problem Solving Tools, i.e., DMAIC, GSTD, PDCA, etc
Understanding of batch manufacturing processes is a plus
Strong analytical skills, data analysis, modeling, and interpreting data
