Job Title : Senior Client Representative

Job Description :

We're looking for a passionate Senior Field Sales Representative to join our growing team! 

You'll be instrumental in working with our founders of the company in driving business growth of our innovative AI-powered HR SaaS platform, designed to empower businesses of all sizes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales and will be highly prefered with previous background in national SaaS solution providers
• Excellent billingual communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to diverse audiences
• An IT enthusiast with passion and ability to fully understand IT software solutions, come with solid basic understanding of application development and Gen AI technology.

Responsibilities :

Follow up leads and execute relationship building with the right stakeholders on the target account/market. 

Posses high capability in articulating the client's objectives that allign with our solution is a key success factor

 2. Opportunity Management : Collaborate with pre-sales and product team to manage qualified opportunity and progress them through the full sales cycle, from initial introduction, presentations, demo, customization, commercial to deal closure.

3. Become a trusted advisor to clients at all levels, including C-suite executives, by understanding their needs and delivering customized solutions.

 4. Achieve and exceed quarterly targets for pipeline development, marketing initiatives, and new client acquisition.
