Job description

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships in driving penetration of HVAC solutions.
  • Focus on selling Unitary units all over Indonesia (split unit, water cooled package, floor standing, VRF, etc.)
  • Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.
  • Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
  • Responsible to achieve individual order, revenue, and gross margin target

Key Competencies and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
  • Good understanding of the HVAC industry as well as experience working in a similar role and used to liaising directly with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • At least 5 years of experience in building Unitary business using direct selling mode.
  • Having good sales, negotiation, and customer relation skills
  • Strong work commitment and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills
