Build strong customer relationships in driving penetration of HVAC solutions.
Focus on selling Unitary units all over Indonesia (split unit, water cooled package, floor standing, VRF, etc.)
Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.
Supervise and organize bid preparation works and ensure accuracy of bid costing.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers
Responsible to achieve individual order, revenue, and gross margin target
Key Competencies and Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
Good understanding of the HVAC industry as well as experience working in a similar role and used to liaising directly with clients, consultants, and contractors.
At least 5 years of experience in building Unitary business using direct selling mode.
Having good sales, negotiation, and customer relation skills
Strong work commitment and ability to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills
