Sales Supervisor GT

Requirement:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any major, Age max 40 years
2. Have good communication, negotiation, presentation skills
3. Proactive and has good analytical skills
4. Willing to travel on business in the work area
5. Have experience as Sales Supervisor / Sales Manager General Trade (GT) - Min. 3 years in FMCG company
6. Has a wide distribution network
7. Mastering Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel/spreadsheet; Ms. Word; Ms. PowerPoint)
8. Work based on targets, master the GT channel
9. Able to develop distribution areas and market development
10. Reporting: Submit necessary reports periodically; meet deadlines and abide by the route plans
11. Coordinate with warehouse team related to stock management on a daily basis to ensure availability & quality of product
12. Have the ability to manage Distributors (Distributorship)
13. Have SIM A and C
