- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and partnership management
- Strong business and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and partnership negotiations
- Creative thinking (ability to think outside the box) with a keen eye for fashion trends and consumer behaviour in the retail space
- You are enthusiastic, self-disciplined, and pro-active about your work
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize FILA’s business goals
- Will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with industry stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and complementary brands
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives
- Provide input into product development and marketing strategies based on market feedback and customer insights
