Account & Relationship Management (Sales)

Full time

  • You love fashion and enjoy the challenge of being in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English — both speaking and writing
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and partnership management
  • Strong business and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and partnership negotiations
  • Creative thinking (ability to think outside the box) with a keen eye for fashion trends and consumer behaviour in the retail space
  • You are enthusiastic, self-disciplined, and pro-active about your work

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize FILA’s business goals
  • Will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with industry stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and complementary brands
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Provide input into product development and marketing strategies based on market feedback and customer insights
