Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and partnership management
Strong business and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive growth initiatives
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients and partners
Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams
Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and partnership negotiations
Creative thinking (ability to think outside the box) with a keen eye for fashion trends and consumer behaviour in the retail space

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize FILA’s business goals
Will be the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective communication
Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities with industry stakeholders, including suppliers, distributors, and complementary brands
Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business objectives
Provide input into product development and marketing strategies based on market feedback and customer insights
